Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours of confirmation on WhatsApp. Delivery is by surface transport / courier across India; freight is to-pay unless agreed otherwise. LR / tracking details are shared on WhatsApp after dispatch. Delivery timelines depend on the transporter and destination.

Every product is checked before packing. Manufacturing defects or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video on WhatsApp — defective pieces are replaced in your next dispatch at no cost. Finishes are corrosion-resistant for normal indoor use; damage from abrasive cleaners, acids or improper installation is not covered. No returns on correctly supplied goods.

Prices shown are per piece, NETT (GST included) unless marked otherwise, and may be revised without notice. All finishes and sizes are subject to stock availability — final quantity, amount and dispatch date are confirmed on WhatsApp before billing. GST invoice is provided with every order. Minimum order values may apply for outstation dispatch.

Your name, mobile number, city and firm name are used only to process your order and are shared with us via WhatsApp. Your cart is stored on your own device. We use Google Analytics to understand app usage. We never sell or share your details with third parties.
